Welcome to the user agreement (the "Agreement" or "User Agreement") for The Online Property Advertising Service. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our advertising services. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may take advantage of this advertising service.

User Eligibility.

Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18) or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended clients. If you are under the age of 18, you can use this service only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of your parents or guardians. If you do not qualify, please do not use our Site.

Fees and Services

Our fee is simple. We will advertise your property all over the Internet for one simple fee of just  $2,000.  In exchange for this one-time fee, we agree to advertise your property non-stop until it sells!  We are an advertising service only and do not get involved with any real estate negotiations or transactions. If you use our service, we will immediately go to work to advertise your property all over the Internet.  When you post your property, you will receive an invoice via email for the cost of your advertisement, which is due upon receipt.  When you receive this invoice, please submit payment in the amount of  $2,000 to the following:

Scope of Advertising

We agree to promote your property in the following ways:

A-      Your property will be listed in over 25,000 online classified ads nationwide!

B-      Your property is made available to our private buyer’s network of real estate investors nationwide!

C-      With our proprietary technology, your property will be blasted out over the Internet, where it will be made available to millions of potential buyers!

Termination of this agreement

Once you have submitted the property advertising form and have agreed to the payment for advertising services, you cannot cancel or terminate the agreement.  We will advertise either yourself or your real estate agent as the person to contact when we promote your property. Our advertising service is not free in the event you sell your home to another party who did not come from the advertising efforts we have made on your behalf. As with any form of advertising, you always run the risk of spending money and not getting results. With this service, although we cannot guarantee your buyer will always come from our advertising efforts, we can guarantee we will keep advertising your property non-stop until it is sold!
